Breakfast & Dinner take the center stage…

Welcome to week 1 of the "Beat the Bloat" stage!

Since it's week one, we are going to take it super slow.  This week all I want you to do is laser focus on improving your breakfast and omit certain foods at dinner. 

Make sure to go through your week one guide (it's short and sweet, I promise) and focus on only the things we discuss you should change this week. 

I am here to support you, so I have recorded a short audio walking you through this week's information and some tips to make your week successful. 

And to get you started I am giving you some breakfast, dinner (and snack) ideas that follow the principles we are implementing this week 

If tracking your weight isn't too triggering, make a note of your weight.  Also measure your waist, hips, bust, thigh, and bicep with a fabric measuring tape  Write all of this down on the Weight Tracker.
