Week 2 - Meal Plans, Troubleshooting and Program Guide
Welcome to week 2!
This is where we dig in and get into the full-on program. In this week's lesson, I go through all the details about the meal plans and some other info about the full 12-week program.
I have created a program overview guide to make sure you have the big picture of what we are going to accomplish in the next 12-weeks.
Now onto the meal plansā¦
This week I am giving you all the meal plans you will need for the entire 12-weeks so you can plan, shop and prep as needed; this will also give you the opportunity to shift around the meal plans if you have certain preferences or dietary restrictions.
There are 9 different weeks of meal plans for your program which means so many options. Weeks 1, 3 and 5 are your regular meal plans with no restrictions. Weeks 2, 4 and 6 are going to be egg and nut free for people who have allergies or who just don't like eggs or nuts and weeks 7, 8 and 9 are vegetarian.
There are only 9 meal plans included as I want to encourage to repeat the plans your prefer. Repeating the meals plans will make it so much easier for you to shop and prepare meals, you can also batch cook recipes so your meal prep time each day is lessened. Each week simply choose whichever meal plan looks most appealing to you and if you find a couple that you love, make sure to repeat those throughout the program!
