Week 4 - Let's talk macros: carbs, protein and fats
Week 4 is no easy task to get to and if you're here and you've been sticking to the meal plan for the last few weeks that's pretty amazing! And if you are a little behind and have been following the plan as closely as you would like, that's okay….keep going, one change at a time, you will get there!
As per usual this week you are going to pick a meal plan that looks appealing to you, if the same one you have used the last two weeks, that's cool, simplicity is key to success! If you are getting the hang of things and want to venture out a bit and try a different week's worth of meal planning, whatever feels right for you.
The important thing is you just you keep going on this journey to better health. The new thing we are adding this week is tracking your macros (protein, carbs, and fat). I go through why we are doing this is the week four lesson. I have also created a simple guide for you on the topic of tracking your macros.
