Week 6 - Half-way through!
It’s Week 6, and you know what that means? You are officially half way through the 12-week program!
This week is going to be the same as last week; we want to focus on building consistency as much as possible. If you tried putting your meals together last week, keep going with that but if you were not feeling ready to jump into that last week now might be the time!
