Week 7 - Intermittent Fasting
We are officially in the second half of your program, so it's time to turn things up a notch!
This week we are going to talk about fasting (in a health way) and how it can enhance your results.
We are not talking about days on end without eating but rather only eating during a certain window in 24-hour period; this is known as intermittent fasting.
Intermittent fasting allows your body to rest, digest the food you have eaten in the day and utilize stored energy (AKA fat).
