Welcome to week 8! 

This week it's all about consistency again..are you tired of hearing me talk about that yet? While consistency isn't exciting, it is so important, and the only way to create new habits, and new habits are exciting, right? 

I want you to keep going with planning your meals, either your own or using your meal plans, whatever works best for you right now, tracking your macros a couple of days per week and implementing the intermittent principle of eating only during a certain window of time throughout the day.  

If you haven't gotten this far, it's okay.  Just keep moving forward wherever you are at and pick up the new habits when you are ready.

In this week's lesson, I review the basics of what we have discussed about intermittent fasting and how to adjust the principles to fit your lifestyle.
