Recipe: Chocolate Almond Butter Fat Bombs

When the weather dips in NYC, it makes me want to curl up with my kids on the couch, read or watch TV and eat chocolate, am I alone in this?? 

But instead of eating the sugar-loaded regular chocolate bars, I decided to make my own Fat Bombs to curb my cravings; creamy raw almond butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder...do I have your attention yet?

Chocolate Almond Butter Fat Bombs

5 tbsp raw almond butter

4 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

1 tsp Stevia

Melt coconut oil if solid. In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Pour into ice tray and freeze for at least 1 hour before enjoying.

Sometimes I just can't wait and I just eat it right out of the bowl or drizzle on top of a banana...so many ways to eat it!
